The two diagrams illustrate the way and equipment needed to make cement and the process to produce concrete with cement in the building industry.

Overall, the whole procedure involves nine stages for cement making and four steps for concrete manufacturing respectively, both of which beginning with some raw material preparation, processing and ending up with ready-made cement and concrete to serve construction purposes.

To produce cement, first of all, we need to crush a mixture of limestone and clay into powder. Next, using mixer and rotating heater to further mix and heat the powder. After that, grind the heated mixture into the final product — cement. Finally, pack the cement powder into bags for sale.

The production of concrete is relatively simple and consists of just three steps. To begin with, prepare the following four portions of separate substances: 15% of cement, 10% of water, 25% of sand and 50% of gravel (small stones). After that, pour the four materials one by one into the concrete mixer to stir very well until concrete is made ready for us to use.
