A common fixed schedule is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
A fixed schedule makes it easy for employers to keep track of what employees are doing.
Flexible Schedule
A flexible schedule allows employees to change their schedules depending on their needs.
For example, an employee may work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday and Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on other work days.
With a flexible schedule, employees may have different working hours.
So it may be difficult for employers to organize work among their employees.
