Dear toastmasters and distinguished guests, welcome to todays' meeting of EF Phoenixes Toastmasters Club, the last meeting of the year 2018. Thanks for the introduction from Boblin, I'm todays' toastmaster Mengyao.
Two days' later is Christmas, and next week is New Year. During the last week of the year, what do you usually do?
Generally we may do the following things:
—— annual review on work, life and personal growth. We try to to recall every achievement and barriers and thanks to all these presents of experiences contributing to our 2018 improvement.
——friends gathering. Thanks to the presents of companion or favors from our beloved friends who makes our 2018 happier and less worried. Just like today, you and I.
——carnivel. We may take a rest away from work and go shopping and travelling as the present to ourselves for the whole year hard working and get recharge for the coming new year.
Besides all above presents from life, what's your favourate? What are you dreaming for the next year?
End with a saying from the film Kongfu Panda, "yesterday is a history, tomorrow is a mistory, but today is a gift, that's why we call it present."
