1）学习该音发音方法请先学习/e/和/ɪ/这两个单元音。
2）嘴巴张开成半圆形，开始发/e/音。
3）然后颚部慢慢抬起滑向/ɪ/音，嘴唇慢慢合上。
注意：/eɪ/是个"合口双元音"，即牙床由半开到接近半合，由大到小。发音时音量从强到弱，前长后短，前重后轻。
