Reflection：

1. What did I find yesterday?

I wasted a lot of time.

2. What  did I do yesterday to make me better?

Yesterday, I didn't run for I have to have my daughter go to kindergarten.  I studied  the course in YLYK for about 200minutes, including The Art of Deal and Mindfulness.

3. Did  I finish the most important thing yesterday?

Yes, I read the book WC for two hours.

4. What should I avoid yesterday?

I should not waste the time to watch the mobile phone, especially the twitter I newly installed in my phone.

I should not play games for a long time.

5. What should I do next day?

At least I should spare 180mins to read WC.

Get up early.

Cut the time of seeing the mobile phone and playing games.
