it's Monday and rainny today, i woke up about 3:40 this morning.

i went to the company by my firend's car at 6:00, and i reached the plant about 7:45.

To Roy

i sent the mass of each formula that used in 2019Y;

To Henry:

1, i sent the CPK data for thickness, parallelism and flatness to him, he said there was a improvement space for the thickness, i aggred his appinion;

2, so i asked the production guy to re-grind the pads, and higher the thickness 0.07mm than last time, and then the thickness will close to the target value.

3, we are waiting for the result.

1, i asked him to update the work instruction for the grinding process and scorching process,  two points for the thickness measurement. the measurement area is between 10mm to 20mm;

2. for the flatness, the measurement area is beyond 10mm;
