11.20 | Biweekly Summary

Since I wrote my first English Article "Why not have an English Biweekly Summary", it has been 11 days.In that article, I said that i have been wrote Biweekly Summary from a year ago to now.
Interestingly but also Challenging, Today, I will begin to write my first Biweely Summary in English and finally push it out to my wechat subscription.
Let me follow my ToDo-List to review what happened in the past two weeks and what can I learn from That.

ThoughtWorks-XUPT
I'm officially joining in ThoughtWorks-XUPT Laboratory have been two months.Here I am Front-End direction to learn more about web.
In the past two weeks, I had a talk with my teacher focus on four themes:
- How to expand the influence of our laboratory.
- How to let the students grow better.
- How to let more people learn together.
- How to make the information flow up.
My teacher assigned the four themes to each member of the lab management team, but they were more headache about how to solve these problems. I said i can solve those but I am busy recently...I'll pay more attention to those in the future.
CreatShare
A year ago, I just joined the CreatShare Laboratory and have a all-night study.In the middle of the night, but also do not forget have an selfie.
Over the past year, I have grown up a lot.
In the past two weeks, I mainly developed the "Technical group training program" to let the couple know what they should learn in CreatShare. And it`s also to summarize what should I learn during my university life.

GeekSeek 2016 in Xi`an
Last weekend, I took part in GeekSeek 2016 in Xi`an, which is ThoughtWorks hosted.That is a very meaningful community activity.
In this activity, the deepest impression is a "Empathy" story for me.
Empathy is different from "sympathy", Empathy is understanding and entering into another's feelings, but sympathy is not.When someone fell sad inside, empathy is stay with them and listen to them, sympathy just stands outside.
Sad man: I`m stuck.It`s dark.I`m overwaelmed.
Empathy: I know what it`s like down here,and you`re not alone.

Officially share my WeChat subscription,10 days have passed.And I have 72 lovely users now.But the future is still a long way to go.Set a small goal firstly, I wish I can have 1,000 lovely users when I graduated from my college.
And this is the first day in 2016.11.11 that I share my WeChat subscription looks like.Fascinating it, isn`t it?
And I wrote a story to talk about my first year`s daily life in Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications(XUPT) college.
This story got a good repercussion, thanks for my teacher and my senior`s support.I will try to make myself more and more stronger~
