驷马车的第一次软件开发沟通，应用OKR：

1.what do you want to do?who is the boss?what the important things did the boss concern？

2when should things to be done?

3.what is the task belongs to the things?

4. what is the most important tasks?  sort them by important.

5.do the most important tasks in the next week?

6.what do you want to slove those task?

7.what is the big rocks behind those task,let's discuss those things

8.what do u need we to do in order to help u to slove your problem?

9.what is the communication system in the order day?

10.write it done , as the object and the key result of this week.

1.明确要什么？谁要？关注什么？

2.明确要做什么？那些模块？这些模块的重要性？和预计时间？

3.未来一周，最重要完成的模块是什么？

4.完成这些模块需要那些任务？

5.这些任务排序，关键三个任务是什么？要达到什么具体的指标

6.你打算怎么做这些任务？

7.任务可能存在那些较大的障碍，提出来需要讨论的？

8.我们需要如何配合你达到目标？

9.日常沟通和协作机制是什么？

10.下一周的总结会与考核。
