Day94:把一封开发信当成“即兴演讲”?
今天的思考来自于樊登读书会的《即兴演讲》一书,书中讲到准备一次即兴演讲的脚本模板,其实任何时候我们都需要“即兴演讲”。
比如和客户的一次碰面,和领导的一次汇报,甚至一封开发信,这些都算即兴演讲。
如果想要汇报清晰,或和客户谈判思路清晰,不妨可以借鉴文中的机构体:
①抓手
作为讲话的开始,让对方对谈话产生兴趣。
②要点
用简单清晰的一句话讲你的观点,要具有吸引力。
③结构体
提供有说服力的论据,逐条列明
④呼吁行动
希望自己或者对方配合做什么事情,唤起行动。如“希望您能批准,以便推进它”,“希望我们有机会合作”等。
引申到外贸领域中:
以写一封开发信为例,一封开发信,也是一次短暂的书面即兴演讲。
Hello Tom,
①抓手--We have an idea that I can explain in 10 minutes which can get your company its next 100 best customers.
②要点--This idea is used to help our client XX almost triple their monthly run rate. I believe that will useful for you.
③结构体--That is what can I do for you:
1. Each month I will give you new trends reports of your market.
2. Each month I will recommend new arrival items for you that hot sale in your country E-commerce platform.
3. We have design team specialized in fashion trends in the European market and design new models every month.
④呼吁行动--Let's schedule a quick 10 minute call so I can share more ideas with you. When works best for you?
每一封开发信,每一次谈判,其实都是一次短暂的“即兴演讲”,不妨可以将这个“结构套路”应用起来,你会成为一个逻辑清晰,条理清楚的人。
