I woke up about 4:30 this morning, and i read some articles in the bed

Last night, Ricky asked me how about the cost of M30, i said why you always asked me for  the cost, i don't know, i suggested you to ask Leslie directly, because i am a quality guy, and this meeting also a quality improvement meeting.

He said the cost of M30 is higher about 20% than M26, and the customer can't accept this change, and he want to ask this problem with R&D center and India plant, no problem, you can ask, but different plant with different cost, Unblamble ...

David asked us to write personal introduction, and he will report to US headquarter this night.

More than 16 years quality management experience, familiar with Six Sigma, Kaizen,PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA,FMEA,PMP etc. Joined BPI as Quality Manger since May,4th 2015, in charge of quality process control, LAB testing, I had worked for Saint-Gobain about 4 years, worked for Federal-Mogul about 3 years, worked for Haier Group for 3 years.

To be more qualified with my quality management work I study and got the certificates such as AQA Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt,5P PMP project manager etc. 

I live in Huangdao, Shandong province, P.R China with my parents and wife and two children, my daughter is in primary school and my son in kindergarten. I like reading.
