Today I learned a newword "community", from many things, the documentary"Childhood in abroad", the book"The Road less travelled", "The courage to be happy". When I ponder on the word, Icall to mindmy troubles in SUNY. Why do I always encounter noisy class? Why am I anxious about incoming classes. Because I'm afraid to fail and exert everything to prove my values. What I focus onismyself, not my class, my students. Ido not trustmyself, because I keep telling myself I must try my best, or else I'm a loser,I'm not good.

I'm good in myself, nodoubtedly. When I have noworry about myself, I can pay attention to my students.

When I respect them,accept them regardless of their test score,their IQ,their performance in academics, I belong to this group. I'm valuable bymyself. That's apparent.
