  Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace. Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output. Run with --scan to get full insights.

解决方案 按照下面的步骤一步步走

1. win+r ，输入cmd，打开命令行，进入到报错的sdk路径
2. cd C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk（换成自己的）
3. cd tools
4. cd bin
5. sdkmanager --licenses
6. 接下来输出很多东西，全部选yes就可以。
7. 编译结束之后，回到Anroid Studio，Rebuild project 即可
