curl https://arthas.aliyun.com/arthas-boot.jar
切换到管理员运行cmd

java -jar arthas-boot.jar
启动结果

当你输入dashboard时，他就会实时监控当前机器的资源使用情况，大概5秒更新一次资源使用情况
