vue使用vue-cli新建项目

• 检测 node.js 和 npm 版本

$ node -v
v8.11.3

$ npm -v
5.6.0

• 安装vue-cli脚手架工具

$ npm install -g vue-cli

• 新建vue-cli项目

$ vue init webpack my-project

vue init webpack my-project

$ vue init webpack exprice --------------------- 这个是那个安装vue脚手架的命令

打开文件目录：cd exprice（这里是自己建工程的名字）；
安装项目依赖：npm install
运行：npm run dev
