在家自制黑蒜子鸡肉粒,闻起来香气扑鼻,吃起来甜咸鲜辣,一道非常好吃的下饭菜。

食材表:
鸡肉、大蒜20瓣、黑胡椒1小勺、食盐小半勺、料酒2小勺、老抽1小勺、淀粉2大勺、食用油、黄油1块、蚝油、番茄沙司
制作方法:
1、将鸡肉切块,放入碗中

2、碗中加入食盐、料酒、黑胡椒、老抽,抓拌均匀

3、然后再加入淀粉、食用油,同样抓拌均匀

4、大蒜喷上一层食用油,然后将鸡肉和大蒜都摆入空气炸锅中,大蒜摆在空气炸锅的四周,空气炸锅温度设置为190度,烤8分钟

5、黄油放入锅中,融化,然后加入料酒、蚝油、番茄沙司、黑胡椒,搅拌均匀
