To be kind to yourself,to love y

Q:Are you really satisfied with your life ?

A:No!

Q:Why?

A:It is not what I want!

Q:Then why not change?Change your thinking?Change your behavior?Whatever it is you have to do something about it.

A:Yes. I know. I know it for a long time.

Q:But,why I can't see any changes?What is your concern?

A:I am  lack of courage. I am coward. I am struggling with my thoughts.

Q:Yes. Are you willing to keep it?

Y:No!But I need some time. You know this is not easy.

Q:Time passes in a second. How do you know tomorrow  you will be still alive? Dare to try and optimize it step by step.If fail,try again,and again. You will find you actually have no loss in the end.

To be kind to people but first you should be kind to yourself.

To love people but first you should love yourself.

Don't care about other people's opinions. You have only one life. Satisfy yourself. Make yourself happy.

Follow your heart. Do whatever you want to.
