故事开始于纽约！
美丽优雅古巴女人Iya
红旗下孩子都爱古巴，太多传奇和幻想；在纽约见到古巴男子Dorian，黑黑粗粗壮壮的举止粗俗失望：我执迷于西班牙语的程度使得我几乎Puerto Rico投资一个老男人hostel，见到Dorian时是疯狂要开一个西班牙语无盈利学校NGO，Coco是我潜在合伙人推荐她的名义上古巴老公Dorian：当时已经离开她和另一个有钱的女人带个孩子住在一起，拿到绿卡做的第一件事！Coco也没闲着，和我Bloomberg的一个朋友Alex交往，深陷其中，任其迫害，这是另外可写的纽约无数角情史。

Anyhow，我见过Dorian几次，印象很差，大白天喝酒（我现在理解，当年戒酒特厌恶酗酒的），一直靠不同女人，功夫深厚；他来我这面试时准备充分，过度自信，让我很见笑，但没敢笑，古巴男人很大男子主义！所以在我决定去古巴时，他自告奋勇介绍他朋友Iya接待我。他和Coco认识是因为他是Coco古巴导游勾搭上的。我很alert，就说一定是个女的才可以。

从墨西哥转机是美国政府封闭政策使然，我在墨西哥城机场遭遇典型的混乱和罢工，22号纽约出发，24号半夜才到达Havana，真是折腾，我利用时间去墨西哥城里晃荡，一片混乱。但我的西班牙语已经可以沟通，而且超级喜欢难得素食的Tacos，买了一些牛油果和fig，参加了游行看到血腥场面，看到大多数墨西哥人无节制吃垃圾食品变成obeses，还是很有收获的。

我体验一下游行，中国没机会
12.30半夜降落，古巴海关无情的没收掉我的牛油果和所有食物，也对，我脑子进水竟然认为可以带资本主义东西进古巴。Iya和一个男士等着我，她小巧而美丽，车停在黑暗里，非常破旧可以回收了，开往市区路没有路灯很黑很黑，Ily充满激情告诉我这是一条美丽boulevard，我意淫一下香榭丽舍实在没灵感，放弃了但已经超级喜欢她了！家在市区以外，简单而温馨，没有任何多余物质，电线裸露着，使70后苦孩子出身的我很有亲切感；我睡觉房间简陋至极，只有西班牙语很旧的书堆放着，凌晨醒来找书学习古巴历史。Iya起来做古巴咖啡，用的是我买过的意大利式小磁壶，非常破旧，没有牛奶，她只给自己儿子一些咖啡伴侣一样奶装粉末，没给我。儿子Sebastian很cool，14岁，穿着西方的T恤，留着像鸡窝一样顶在头顶的发型；Iya所有钱都在儿子身上，早年离婚，男人不出钱，有个姐姐在西班牙，每年给她儿子衣服和补助。她自己是当地最知名音乐学院声乐教授，高知识分子，中高等收入，工资折合每月15美金。我说每天付她25美金房费，她客气一下就接受了。

最好的经历和她一起去市场，看到好多人拿着本子排长队，类似中国粮票，可以买到便宜限量面粉；我排队很久去换当地货币Peso，外国人要用当地CUC货币和美金同价，所有收费对外国人两套价格体系。小市场让我太兴奋了，只有土豆和西红柿，非常小而且难看，美国完全看不到；Iya兴奋的左挑右选，花了很长时间，看出来是个娱乐项目，其实没哈可挑的，但她生机盎然的态度感染了我，我也附庸风雅的来回转，喜欢椰子粉，有机天然，当地没有化肥；牛油果只有一份，是奢侈品，买了一个给她儿子早餐，我没轮到！Iya告诉我付钱，我和她一起就付所有花费，也没多少钱，没啥可买的。

她很得意的带我去她儿子学校参观，就是一个水泥建筑很难看，但没有学费，又带我参观一个旧旧的医疗诊所，免费。Iya受过良好教育，是音乐学校教笛子的教授，每月收入折合15美金，已经是当地高级知识分子收入，中上等家庭。她带我去了几个其它小市场，没啥东东，我们回到家里楼下，她很得意介绍我和邻居认识，邻居一个2岁孩子见到我们面包棍馋的流口水，犹如至宝一样的舔着面包尖儿，我想送给她们被Iya暗示制止了！早餐就是papaya和椰子，这个当地很多而且都是有机的，爱死我了。
我的Havana之行正式启动！太多意外了！

I guess overwhelming by now is the truth but started to feel a bit unease realizing actually no way I can connect with outside world for a while....
The whole drama about flight delaying until 8.30pm is nothing surprising for me and feel pretty good with it as really has a drama changing flight 4 times before back airport hotel at 5.30pm exactly due to manifestation in the center and a few metro closed and connection in Mexico City is crazy long and full; in one cabin packed so sardines with a guy keeping in eating sugary snack and other women eating pastry like horrible snacks, without surprising why Mexico most obesity but the desire of eating is scary for me to link myself and wish I can remember this to control myself!
Got to talk to the guys around and kind of fun to see strange group of people coming to Cuba makes sense! Met two young boys one is Lukas and another is Serbian creating an email to link all! Was in one moment not thinking to bother Dorian friend but going somewhere with an Australian woman who drinks! But Dorian through coco asked me to stay with her and she will pick me up which is good!
So story starts here that at 12.30pm landed and airport is kind of old backwards looking! They took away my avocado and fig fair enough what a hell I am thinking to buy this and carry whole way from Mexico fruit market to Havana!
A very tiny and cute lady is waving to me with a guy! Iya appears very nice and Carlos is Dorian friend, changed 100 dollars to 87.5 CUC first good lesson....the car in the dark even appears very poor and like a old machine for recycle! The way driving to the city starts very dark without lamps and later on getting light and Iya introduces me how the great boulevard is like! I like her already!
Her home is a bit outside city center and in a residential place and clean and cozy, I can tell she has no extra money as everything is simple and even a bit too out there naked like with cables! But it is nicer than I experienced in Columbia and her son is a cool teenager with a hairstyle like a trouble teens or chicken nest! I should be so tired as almost no sleep night before but quite excited to sleep and happy I can speak Spanish with her! So that very easy with the schedule whatever is like and she suggest me no running the next day and take it easy with her! I am ok with it even!!!
Sunday in Havana!
Still up early in my small room searching for old book to read! Then cafe with Iya is fun to see who she prepares cuba cafe with Italian tool same like mine just never used myself! Milk seems like a big thing as it is powder and she does this for her son only cafe with milk! I am fine with Cuban cafe short and bitter even Nescafé is good! Going to Mercado is the best I can expect obviously Dorian did something good about what to see, on the way she explained to me all the places for buying staff and they all look so simple and panderia has three queues one for the people with a register book system like china food stamp then another is libre u can buy stuff and another one is for paying in CUC which has some cheap sweet which has no queue or not even more people as they can not afford! First thing is to change CUC to peso which is a long line again! 1 CUC =24 pesos and the market is an exciting place for me even the choice is so little: onions and tomatoes basically....all small and ugly which is the biggest contrast with USA! I am fascinated by the small stall with pelotero or watch repriman etc and we did not buy much variety as there is no variety and I got message from her that I should pay for everything which is not much anyhow. We bought some urgly veggies and coco fresh powder then avocado which looks great! Why back we passed Sebastian schorl which is Some concrete building but she is so proud of showing me all these with also clinics etc. all I am interested as well! She is very well educated with a career as a flute teacher in school! Some of smaller market has so little things when she shows me and most of them closed even! But organic which is amazing!
Back home we had some breakfast or in between lunch: papaya with coco how wonderful!
