1:白贝买回来用盐水浸泡一个小时左右,把沙吐出来!
2.把白贝用水煮开!

3.把白贝水倒出来,放在碗上,白贝放在碟子上!

4.把鸡蛋打散在碗里,把放凉的白贝水(代替水)加点盐和花生油!倒进鸡蛋里搅拌均匀!

5.用隔豆浆的漏勺过滤一下蛋液,这样蒸出来才滑!然后把蛋液倒进装着白贝的碟子里面!

6.放锅里蒸,水开了才放,记住里面要加一个盖子,这样蒸出来的水蛋才不会有蜂窝一样的,不够嫩!用中火蒸6分钟,关了火再焖5分钟左右!

7.如果想吃香一点的,就加点葱花和酱油花生油,浇在蒸蛋上!又香又滑,蒸蛋面还有花甲的鲜味!非常下饭,小孩的最爱
