The weekend is time for friends to get together. Sometimes, we will talk about our new stories. I told them my stories about my cat and I bought a lot of things for my cat from online shops. My friend said she did not buy petfood, pet furniture, or pet toys online a year ago after she had a bad online shopping experience for a piece of pet furniture.

Now she often goes to supermarkets or pet stores to buy pet products. She does not want to buy online for the following reasons:

1. So many choices that it is hard to find out the better ones.

2. Time-consuming to find suitable shops or products online if she has not that much knowledge of the products. But if she goes to the stores to select, she would have a general idea much easier and faster.

3. Products do not look like the pictures presented online. She had such bad experiences with Amazon, Tmall, Jingdong. She was tired of communicating to change or return.

4. Quality does not look like shown in online videos. The after-sale service will give her many explanations or some obstacles to make the consumers quit to pursue the shop's responsibility.

She told me that even though she does not have that many choices from supermarkets or pet products stores, but she can actually see and feel the real products. She usually takes after-dinner walking time to go shopping with her family.

I agree with her on some of her points. It seems shopping online is convenient but also bringing us many troubles. Shall we have a better way to handle that for #retail business? A fair price is important but what about quality and service?
