My heart is silent in this corner and then stretches

温柔以待那些像我从前一样的孩子

I’m gentle with the kids who are like me in the past

喜欢在这个安静而不甘寂寞的角落

I like this quiet corner where I’m unwilling to remain out of the limelight

安放一个人曾经的狂欢与梦想

Here my previous revelry and dreams are put properly

目光与同升湖齐平，依旧可以

My eyes are level with Tongsheng Lake

心游万仞，目击四海八方

My heart can still travel far, my eyes seeing everywhere

每一个孩子都是一朵浪花

Every child is a spray

我的海面风生水起

My sea is full of wind and waves

教师节收到的问候依然温暖

Greetings received on Teacher's Day are still warm

发呆与叹息的那个人早已远逝

The one who used to be in a daze and sigh has long gone

没有资格漠视无数双专注的眼神

I’m not qualified to ignore the countless attentive eyes

远方的诗意便在三尺方桌之上嘹亮

The poetry of the distance is loud and clear at the three-foot-long table

被深埋的自己在这偏安的角落回归

Deeply buried in this secluded corner, I’ve returned to normal

一种别样的憩息

It’s a different kind of rest

让灵魂在清流里

In the clear stream

在这中秋的月韵里

And in the charm of moonlight in the Mid-autumn Festival

悠然抬头

Leisurely my soul raise its head
