I started my new job on Jun.15, this year, almost half year till now. It is sourcing job, different from what I did before, new to me.

Work is exciting. Cost, shipment and quality are main key performance. Not easy for any one factor. I monitor and follow. At the same time, I keep thinking what sourcing work actually is? How can do better? What can I expect from work to improve myself? Till today, I think I got some answers.

It is year end now, plan for next year is key topic. This afternoon, our boss spent 45mins guiding us how to make reasonable price strategy. Cost by line analysis for key product. Demand picture review as negotiation base. Price impact factors separate by up and down. Then, finally, data becomes alive and tells answers. This is really exciting. Strategy is based on fact and potential, it is also alive. Then I understood: buyer not only has to know past price and current price, what is most importantly, assess and guide future price trends. This is what I should learn.

Same logic in life. people occupied by work and life staffs daily. Routine things and unexpected  things usually make us busy and even struggling. I am thinking how to make life better? Answer could be plan in advance and act timely. Plan in advance, help us build mind and imagine future blueprint. Act on time, immediately to prove plan is correct or not. Quick action, normally lead to quick win and bright life.

If work, works life, that is best and happy.
