Once upon a time,there was a rabbit who likes running and a slow turtle.One day,there was a running competition.Both the rabbit and the turtle took part in it.They were running on the road.At first, the rabbit was far ahead the turtle.On the half way,however,the rabbit was tired,he thoughts:”I was in the lead.And I can’t even saw the turtle.Why can’t I have a nap?”Besides, the turtle didn’t give up,he kept running.Big sweats dropped down from his head,he looked tired too.The turtle reach the destination finally.
The thought-provoking cartoon tells me that conceit makes one lag behind.Even we can do well in something, we shouldn’t be too proud of ourselves and stop making progress. He who laughs last,laughs best.
