食材 :
黑豆400g 白糖200g 花生油一大勺
做法步骤 :
黑豆装在大点的容器里,泡一夜

用手搓,洗净,有的掉皮了,沥干水分

倒入到大一点的盆中

加入烧开的水,待水温,双手轻轻揉搓,差不多了,就把有孔的盆放到另一个容器上,一手拿黑豆盆,轻轻晃动着,黑豆壳就会顺水流到有孔的盆中,多进行几次

放入电饭煲里,加水,水高过黑豆,盖上盖子。水没了,就会自动跳闸,就煲好了

放入搅拌机里,搅成黑豆泥

油温热后,倒入豆沙泥不停的翻炒,大约5分钟,要小火慢炒

加入白糖继续炒,不停的炒,炒至水干

①黑豆提前泡发,是为了缩短煲的时间,也可以用红豆②白糖的量,按自己喜好添加。
