the easiest steps you can take to become a better writer is to read more. Through other writers words. read a poem, a passage, a sonnet, a chapter, just read.

A suitable and enjoyable stress

Sometime in the day when I checked my looks in the mirror, I felt my whole body seems swelling. I kept a regular diet, eat and exercises but cannot gain the fitness I wish. Look at those models or workout YouTubers, they are firm, slim and energetic. When they are talking, they are beaming. They are skins just like glowing.

I make my self-reflection, the problem still in my daily routine. Even I stick to a healthy diet, eat or exercises but maybe they are not really healthy and my burnout fat less than what I intake during the day. Maybe the daily routine I am taking just the illusion of healthy. The ingredient of the food is including too many sugars, hiding the fat or too much salt. 

I watched a TVB drama called <The Big White Duel>. All professional doctors, nurses or even staff in the hospital are looking very stressful.in it. They have to face so many urgent patients, urgent and important cases which will be lost if they didn't take seriously individually. In such an environment, people cannot be light and just happy in the day. There is no any overweight person can be seen in the crew.

Also, all high-level professional doctors or nurses are a super smart and perfect learner. They know how to deal with failure and stress. They know how to seek a solution in a complex and high-pressure situation. They are the pride and top of the common world.

I am very admiring to those people. Keeping pursuit excellent can overcome my self are my internal goal. I will keep some suitable and enjoyable stress for my daily routine. Make myself more motivation and achieve my goal.
