iOS 悬浮按钮

想要做出悬浮在屏幕上的按钮效果,按钮可以随便移动位置, 其实很简单的,没有想象中的那么难, 其中有两种方法可以做出这样的效果. 看下面,一一介绍两种方法,根据需要,选择适合自己的呦!!
