"I don't have time" is the worst excuse. Everyone has 24 hours in a day, or 168 hours in a week. In a week, you spend about 56 hours sleeping, and about 45 hours working. That leaves 67 hours.

You have family, housework or other social activities, that's true, but if you have 67 hours and you can't find 1 or 2 hours a week to go to the gym or improve your English, that's because fitness or English is not important to you.

But think about how you spend your 67 free hours, watching TV, scrolling your smartphone again and again. Time is the most precious resource for everyone, you can't find an alternative once it's lost. So you actually have time, but you're choosing to spend it on something other than fitness or learning English. So to achieve a goal, the first thing you have to change is your attitude.

I think that if you value something, you must have ways to get it!
