今天做蒜香烤鸡翅,成品色泽红亮,满屋飘香,鸡肉鲜嫩又多汁,咸味适中,回味无穷。

食材表:
鸡翅10个、大蒜1个、酱油1大勺、蚝油1勺、老抽1小勺、蜂蜜1小勺、盐2g克、黑胡椒粉适量
制作方法:
1、鸡翅加水清洗干净

2、把水给倒掉,加入一勺的面粉,用手抓匀

3、然后加水,继续多抓洗一会儿,把鸡翅表面的脏物和血水给洗掉,再来用流动的清水冲洗干净,这样洗出来的鸡翅就会比较的干净了

4、大蒜切掉根,拍碎,去皮,然后剁碎,放一边备用

5、把鸡翅两面都划上刀花,方便入味

6、放入大碗里面,加入蒜末、酱油、蚝油、老抽、蜂蜜、盐二克、黑胡椒粉适量,带上一次性手套,充分抓匀,鸡翅多做一会按摩,更加入味

7、把鸡翅摆放好到小碗里面,盖上保鲜膜,放进冰箱冷藏,腌制入味,大约腌制四个小时

8、取出鸡翅,去掉保鲜膜,烤箱预热上下火200度,预热五分钟

9、准备烤网架,把鸡翅反面朝上摆放好,放入烤箱的中层,最下层放上铺好油纸的烤盘,方便后期清洗

10、上下火200度,先烤15分钟

11、取出来翻面,表面再抹上腌制的汁水,再继续烤十分钟左右
