1.According to their use, sentenses are divided into declarative, interrogative, imperative and exclamatory.

My father loves mountain climbing and he is a laywer.

This sentence is not effective.

and 前后的两个句子的逻辑关联性较差。违反了句子有效性的第一个标准统一性和完整性。与主旨不是那么密切相关的内容，不应该包含在句子里面。

Revised:

My father is a lawyer and he is very busy. But he loves mountain climbing in his spare time.

A Dream of Red Mansions is The best-known novel.

It cannot express a very complete idea in itself.

Revised:

A Dream of Red Mansions is one of the best-known classical novels in China

ºUnity:

Is of great importance for a sentence.

A unified sentence must express a complete thought.

On the one hand, those, which are not closely related to the main idea should not be included in a sentence; on the other hand, a sentence should not express a thought that is not complete by itself.

:means clear on the reasonable connection between parts.

A sentence is coherent when its words or parts are properly connected and their relationships are mistakablely  clear.

Therefore, the elements within a sentence should be coherently and logically arranged.
