HW Supplier Introduction-Mobile

1. What is HW Supplier System? Why do you need it?

HW Supplier is a management system for suppliers to confirm bookings, verify HW E-code and view bookings. Next we will continue provide new functions such as stock control, account checking and settlement.

HW Supplier + HW E-code can provide suppliers Paperless System. In brief, on one hand it's prevent customer to print paper voucher but use E-code directly, on the other hand it's also provide suppliers online system which is simple but reliable.

Now support web version and mobile version.

2. How to use HW Supplier?

a. Contact our local BD to get your system account.

b. Install HW Supplier Mobile,

    Android: visit d.haiwan.com to download.

    IOS: Search “Haiwan” in Appstore.

c. Login interface as below, please login with your account.

d. Main interface as below, 3 groups of function: Verification, Reservation and account info.

3. Verification

a. Scan QR-Code

If customer come with QR-Code, you can click "Scan QR Code" to verify.

You can choose scan with camera or scan pictures in album, you can also turn on the flash to get a better light or switch to "verify manually".

b. Manual Input

If customer come with digital code, you can click "Manual Input" to verify.

Click the button on the right corner to switch back to "Scan QR Code".

Booking Valid, need to click "Confirm" to complete verification Booking Verified Before No booking found

c. Verified History

Shows all the booking you verified.

Tab "All" shows all bookings verified with App and Web Tab "App" shows all bookings verified only with App You can filter by date or sort by time

4. Reservation

a. Pending

Shows all the Pending Bookings, you can filter by product or search by booking number.

Click on the booking cards to see details.

Booking Detail Confirm Decline, Decline Reason is required

You can find all the bookings you confirm or decline in "History".

b. Upcoming

Default shows all the customers who will arrive today, you can filter by product or arrival date.

c. History

Default shows all bookings in last 7 days. You can filter by issue date, Booking status, product. Or search by booking number(issued in last 3 month).
