食材表:
猪手1个、料酒2勺、南乳4块、南乳汁2勺、蒜瓣4瓣、食用油少许、生抽1勺、老抽3勺、姜片、八角、桂皮、香叶、冰糖、清水、花生米
制作方法:
1、猪手斩块,用清水浸洗干净

2、切块的猪手冷水下锅焯水,倒少许料酒去腥,煮开以后,捞起洗净,装盘备用

3、调酱汁。料理机中放入南乳、南乳汁、蒜瓣,搅碎备用

4、锅里加少许的食用油,然后放入姜片、八角、桂皮、香叶、冰糖,爆出香味后炒出糖色

5、锅中加入调好的酱汁,然后放入猪手翻炒

6、猪手翻炒均匀以后倒入电饭煲内胆中,加入一勺生抽、两勺料酒、三勺老抽、适量的清水,清水差不多没过猪蹄

7、撒上一些花生米,电饭煲开启煲汤模式,煮好后开盖就可以开吃了
