More Workouts! We're Determi
Our packages of home workout devices arrived -- Yanbin and I are determined to exercise our arms, abs and legs more.
Yanbin and I gave each device of a try, starting with the push up press board -- it's a ridiculous board that allows you to position handles in different ways, so that you can exercise different muscles. We did 5 sets each on back and triceps: Yanbin did 12 push-ups per set, I did 10 per set. Some of the positions are really hard, and I can hardly push down and get back up. Well, I think I'll get better overtime.
Next, the ab carver: knee down and push a small wheel forward and pull back. Yanbin is excellent on that, while my arms were shaking hard as I was pushing the wheel forward. I ended up lying on my stomach once I pushed too far. Looks like I have a long way to go.
