I have never been so worried , anxious like this.

Totally we had two exams since this school term, however,  my students were ranked the last twice.  In other words, my students  of class five came last every time.

Oh my goodness！it's beyond my imagination.

I analysed the two exams and found out  a surprising truth. Nearly more than 20 of  the students are ranked after 1000.  And there are 1343 students  In senior one. That means most of my students of class five are weak in English.

No wonder I experience so astonishing, surprising and frightening  results.

Strong ——minded as me, I make up my mind to find out more truth.  It's so surprising that they  have the same results in physics and mathematics. That means the whole class are weaker than the other classes.

Um, it seems a tough job. So I have to adjust my strategies. I try my best, I should try my best to teach some easier and more interesting tasks. At the same time, I must seek ways to go over the tasks over and over again in order to make them  remember.

What I can do now is to slow down .
