Lesson 2 Breakfast or lunch?
It was Sunday. I never get up early on Sundays. I sometimes stay in bed until lunch time.
Last Sunday I got up very late. I looked out of the window. It was dark outside.
'What a day!' I thought. 'It's raining again.' Just then, the telephone rang. It was my aunt Lucy.' I've just arrived by train,' she said. 'I'm coming to see you.' 'But I'm still having breakfast,' I said.
'What are you doing?' she asked. ‘I’m having breakfast,' I repeated.
'Dear me,' she said. 'Do you always get up so late? It's one o'clock!''

重点:i 听讲解的过程中,有一个非常生动的形容,那就是把这个音读成军队里面军训时一二三的口号,找到那种口轻的粘连感和转换。
音标特征: 前元音 半高音 扁平唇 短元音
发音要诀: 舌前部比[i:]稍低,比[e]高,舌尖抵下齿,嘴唇扁平分开。牙床也开得稍大一些比[ i:]稍宽,比[ e ]窄。上下齿之间的距离大约可以容纳一个小指尖。使下颚稍稍下垂,舌前部也随之稍稍下降,即可发出短促[ i ]音。

静下来发音的时候,会发现会吞下许多的词或者音。
为了跟原文的读音进度一致,发音的过程中会不小心一笔带过一些读音,或者直接把某些音吞掉。或者会读错。最后总结,目前的要求是准确,而不是先追进度。先把准确度做起来。
当自己反复去练习发音的时候,会发现舌头是基本上处在一个比较僵硬的状态的,根本没有办法灵活的把自己心里认为会的读音读出来。听得出很多的生硬和错误。
