This is Lily from Shijiazhuang. I am  Director of  the Consrtuction Department of HCIC. Now a open tendering of  plant technical renovation project perfomed in year 2014 is under investigation by the the Disipline Committee. They susspect there was bribery, and  mistaken in attending a internal meeting to disscuss which is qulified supplier. I just wanted to select the most suitable supplier in a fair way, and followed the technical people opinion. People from Decipline Commttee  is eager to find someone to punish, and I am among the most suspected ones. Gurugi Please halp me in getting out of this.
