Our team and one member.

  He is our friend.

He came here from his hometown  last afternoon.

Welcome to him.

And this morning,

We are running with him together.

Just now,

We are running back.

The weather is so hot,

  We are sweating lot.

We have three members with us,  Running together.

When I wake up,

I want to sleep very much.

I didn't sleep enough.

But when we end the exercises.

My spirit very high now.

  I'm very exciting and  I didn't want to sleep anymore.

More exciting,  More healthy.

Let's run together.
