Joe Biden’s judicial picks caused libertarians’ dissatisfaction. Now Biden team is looking to increase diversity to the federal bench. However, their experience is not as rich as they thought, which is identified by lawmakers. There is a wild imbalance within judges. One side represents the government while the other side challenges the government. After arranging in advance, they can succeed easily. So it’s unfair to the litigants and a bad look for the justice system, which libertarian and activists can agree. Only if Biden appoints more veteran judges can he start with a clean slate.
