In the morning, I had a park walk with my wife and two sons in the Future Science Town Park. They played very happily.

In the afternoon, I drove to Olympic Park to participate a long walk event. However, I was 5 minutes late and didn't catch up with the other guys. Finally I finished 5km walk in my own.
