大数据“微时代” 微课程大格局 ——华美外国语学校举行微课专题培
互联网技术的飞速发展将我们带入了“微时代”,“微时代”的到来,不仅带来了互联网的新形态、媒体传播的新格局,更是让我们每个处于这个时代的人,被裹挟着,潜移默化地改变了生活方式和思维方式。

为进一步推动信息技术与教育教学的全面深度融合,借深圳市“中小学教师微课大赛”契机,我校开展了信息技术环境下“教与学”的新模式、新方法的探索,为打造华美外国语学校“一线三生”的课堂增添新动力。10月9日,华美外国语学校小初高全体教师参加了学校精心准备的微课专题培训。
On October 9th, all the teachers of Huamei Foreign Language School participated in the special training of microlecture that was well-prepared by the school.
此次培训之前,老师们利用国庆节假日已做了微课设计构思及大量的资源收集、整理等准备工作。节后上班的第一天,各学科组就微课的制作和拟参加比赛的微课进行了说课、观课和议课教学研究活动。
Before the training, the teachers have made preparations to collect information and design for microlecture during the National Day holiday.
伴随着优美的音乐,微课专题培训正式开始。华美教师们从观看两个短小精悍、图文并茂的微课开始,一起步入微课程,体验新感受。培训由教务处主任蔡敏主讲,她以《如何制作优秀微课》为题,从“什么是微课”“微课怎么选题”“如何进行微课教学设计”“如何进行PPT设计”“怎样上好微课”“微课的录制与剪辑”等六个角度,结合大量的优秀的微课案例及老师们的准备情况,与大家分享交流。她以尹士杰老师的选题《淞沪之战》为例,谈到关注小现象(重点、难点、考点、热点)(选题)、提炼小问题(目标)、思考小策略(线索清晰、图文唯美、深入浅出);以周泽恩老师的微课“图形与方程”为例,谈到微课制作中技术的支持。通过“理论+案例”的方式,蔡敏主任给老师们传授了三招“制敌方略”,即“巧选主题”“内容为王”“微小唯美”。
The training was held by Cai Min, director of the Academic Affairs Office. It was started by showing two short microlecture videos, which brought new inspirations to the teachers. Director Cai took "How to Make an Excellent Microlecture" as the topic. She shared her opinions from the aspects of "What is a microlecture", "How to choose the topic of a microlecture", "How to design a microlecture" , "How to design the PPT" and " How to record and edit a microlecture”.
With the help of basic theories and specific cases, Director Cai summarized three key strategies, that is, ingenious topic, well-prepared content, and short and attractive recording.

此次培训,拉近了老师们与“微课”的距离,老师们切身感受到进入“微时代”,这股“微力量”对于新型“教与学”方式的推动。在这大数据的“微时代”,华美的教师们将以微课入手,搭建学生自主探究学习的平台,铸就师生生命的成长。
Starting with microlecture, the teachers of Huamei Foreign Language School will build a platform for students to explore and learn independently in this "micro-era" of big data, so that the teachers and the students can make progress together.
