为什么战略重要？因为取舍很重要，不要用战术上的勤奋掩饰战略上的懒惰，要关注真问题：

Even in a moment of dramatic growth, a company must make choices, either about what new features to add to the core product and in what order, or about what to build to augment and extend beyond the existing growth engine. I’m fond of saying “A strategy should hurt.” The trade-offs—where you invest time and resources, and where you don’t—should be painful and disappointing, either internally or to your customers. There’s no such thing as a strong strategy that prioritizes everything at once.
