Dear Mr. Douglas,

We are writing to apologize that you received the wrong size tables you set order last month. We understand that it will impact your house remodeling. There is no doubt that the goods we delivered did not meet your requirement.

after checking, we found out it was caused by the problem of our company's info. system which confused he specifications of part of the orders placed last month.

We promised  to change the tables with right size within two days. the new order has been processing.

Again, we apologize for our mistake again. Thank you for your understanding.
