              Unit 2 Animals教学设计


前言:

英语组的研讨活动通知已经发出很长时间了,但是因为开学后太忙,一直没有安静下来思考的时候,直到昨天,我才得以有空回到这件事上。

既然是同课异构,我就按照现场作课的要求,没有查阅任何资料,不确定本课生词,不了解学生已有知识,仅依靠所给的一页文本阅读材料简单勾画出自己的教学思路。

我原本想着再做个课件辅助的,因为时间紧迫,就只有粗略的教学设计和板书设计。

Teaching aims:

By the end of the class,the students will be able to :

1.get specific information by reading,

2.describe the animals using their own words.

3.know the danger of the animals and help them.


Teaching steps:

Step 1 Lead in

Ask:There are many kinds of animals in our life .Can you say some of them ? What animals do you like ?

设计意图:运用头脑风暴的形式让学生说出动物名称,唤起学生知识背景。

OK,today we’ll learn Unit 2 Animals.

Step 2 Reading

Pre-reading :

Look at the pictures.How many animals can you see? What are they?

设计意图:借助书上的图片,让学生了解文章中会提到哪些动物。再次巩固动物名称。

While- reading:

1.Read the text for the first time , choose T or F.(核对答案时,要求学生从文中找出依据。)

(  )1.The elephant only lives in Africa.

(  )2.About 300 pandas lives in zoos in China.

(  )3.The zebra is an Asia animal.

(  )4.The tiger lives in Asia.

(  )5.There are 250 kinds of monkeys in the world.

设计意图:快速阅读,初步感知文章大意。了解文章中所提动物的基本习性。

2.Read the text for the second time,and fill in the table.


设计意图:逐段阅读,借助表格中所给信息,了解文章细节。

3.Check the answer.

4.Retell the text according to the table.

设计意图:通过复述,对文本内容再次熟悉,进行第一次语言输出。

Post- reading:

1.Language points

(1)live in +地点 ,“住在某地”

(2)a little “一点儿”,后跟不可数名词。(适当补充其他相关短语)

(3)as well as “并且,还,也”,用于连接并列成分(举例)

(4)favorite做形容词时,意为“受欢迎的,最受喜爱的”;做名词时,意为“最受欢迎的人(或物)”(举例)

(5)all over the world “全世界,世界各地”

(6)like v.喜欢 prep.像,本课是介词“像”的意思(举例)

(7)be good at “擅长,爱好”,后跟名词,代词,动名词(举例)

2.Read after the tape.

3.Interview(参考例子进行采访活动,也可以用单数进行对话。)

A:Hello,…May I ask you some questions?

B:Yes,please.

A:What animals do you like?

B:I like…

A:Where do the …live?

B: They live in …

A:What do …eat?

B:They eat…

A:What do…like?

B:They like…

A:Thank you!

B:You’re welcome.

设计意图:通过采访活动,让学生把本文当中的重点语句再次进行语言输出。

2.Animals are our friends. They can help us do many things. But now, many of them are in great danger.So we should help them.Remember,helping animals is to help ourselves.

设计意图:让学生了解动物生存现状,懂得保护动物,保护大自然。

Homework:

Please write article about your favorite animal.You can write its appearance, where it lives ,what it eats and what it likes and so on .
