云服务商封杀AI客户：因判定其Python脚本是恶意脚本！

他声称，云主机托管公司DigitalOcean“刚刚杀死了我们公司。”不过在Squeaky Wheel支持层的帮助下（我们是指在社交媒体上大造声势），这家公司显然又挺了过来。

按Beauvais的说法，两天前，这家AI初创公司的云提供商DigitalOcean认定： 这家AI公司为了让数据更容易处理而定期使用的Python脚本是恶意脚本。于是DigitalOcean封了该公司的帐户，也就是说封了这家小公司的整套IT基础设施：用于其Web应用程序、worker节点、缓存和数据库的五个droplet（简单可扩展的虚拟机）。

Beauvais在Twitter上发了一系列帖子描述经过：向DigitalOcean发送多封电子邮件和Twitter私信，在停机12个小时后重新获得了访问权限。

他写道：“我们不得不开始重新启动我们的数据管道，因为所有的droplet都已被关闭，跟踪我们进展的Redis存储内容也已被擦除。仅仅四个小时后，我们的帐户又被封了，可能是被同一个自动化脚本封的。”

他表示，随后他在接下来的30小时内向支持团队接连发送了四条信息，只收到DigitalOcean拒绝重新激活帐户的自动回复。

Beauvais哀叹道：“我们什么都没了，服务器没了，更重要的是一年的数据库备份也没了！我们现在必须向客户（《财富》500强公司）解释为什么我们无法恢复它们的帐户。”

众多软件工程师在社交媒体上寄予了同情，并介绍了一切始终运行正常的其他云服务提供商。Hacker News网站上的论坛越来越热烈，开发人员纷纷讲述自己的遭遇，就备份策略、自动化和支持层等方面献计献策。

也许意识到云公司品牌可能受到损害，DigitalOcean的联合创始人Moisey Uretsky在Beauvais发布第一则帖子后一小时就在Twitter上代公司说情。他写道：“应重新激活帐户，还需要更深入地研究处理这件事的方式。不应该花这么长的时间来恢复帐户，也不应该第二次封帐户。”

这家云公司通过自己的Twitter帐户做出了回应，为处理这件事的方式表示道歉。

该公司称：“我们正在调查导致贵司帐户被封两次的流程。访问已全面恢复，贵司的资源并未被销毁。贵司的帐户不会再次被封，我们随后会与贵司联系。”

DigitalOcean已承诺：一旦完成对该事件的调查，会公布调查结果。
