春季正是吃菠萝的季节,气味芳香,酸甜可口的菠萝,营养价值也非常的高。菠萝含有丰富的果糖、葡萄糖、苹果酸和柠檬酸,含有维生素C、B1、B2、烟酸及钙、磷等元素,还含有丰富的食物纤维。菠萝含有的菠萝酶能分解蛋白质,消除炎症和水肿;吃得油腻的时候吃上块菠萝,清口化腻,还有助于消化。但这种酶对舌头和口腔表皮有特殊的刺激作用,食盐能控制住菠萝酶的活动。因此吃菠萝应将果皮和果刺修净,将果肉切成块状,在稀盐水中浸渍,然后再吃。中医认为菠萝性微寒,吃多了容易伤胃肠,尤其是胃肠不好的人,多吃会引起腹泻,一天最多不能超过半个。
