英语咨询信

咨询信，顾名思义就是向对方问问题，获取你想要的信息。所以，咨询信一个非常重要的点就是要会问问题。

比如：when will the course start?  What subjects does the course cover? How many students are there in one class?  How much fee should I pay for the course? Where will I live?

会问问题后，还有一个非常重要的就是说话的语气。如果一上来就问问题，显得非常没有礼貌。所以，掌握一些礼貌的句式也很有必要：

I wonder if it is possible for you to do …

Would you please tell me…

Would you be kind enough to tell me…

What I want to know is …

One point that I am not certain about is.…

It seems unclear …

Is there anything that I should pay attention to?

这里要注意一点，当把礼貌的句式和提问的问题结合起来时，要注意疑问句要变成陈述句的语序。

剩下就是文章开头和结尾。

文章开头要进行自我介绍，写信背景（哪里获得的信息），以及写信目的。

I'm writing to see if it is pssible for you to provide me with information regarding…

结尾就是注意表示感激：

I would appreciate it if …

Your immediate reply will be greatly appreciated.
