脆皮炸鲜奶

辅料:玉米淀粉、鸡蛋、糖、面包糠、盐、油
烹饪步骤:
1.取两袋牛奶、一大勺玉米淀粉倒入碗中,搅勺过滤,倒入锅中。

2.灶上点火,加入适合口味的糖、少量的盐,用小火加热牛奶并不停搅拌,直至牛奶粘稠,用勺盛起,牛奶成大团状缓慢流下即可。倒入容器内,盖一张厨房用纸,加盖入冰箱冷藏约2小时。

3.准备玉米淀粉、打散的鸡蛋和面包糠,将冷藏成形的牛奶糕倒出来,切成方块形。按照拍淀粉、蘸鸡蛋液、沾面包糠的顺序制成生坯,入三成热的油锅中炸至两面金黄,沥干油即可摆盘。
