Heat maps showed that upregulation of the malignant hallmarks of tumors, including the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, p53 pathway, KRAS signaling pathway, TGF-β signaling pathway, and PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, was dynamically related to cluster 1 (Supplementary Figure 1). According to the above results, we can infer that these signaling pathways may be involved in the different TMEs of clusters 1 and 2. These results provide further support that variations in FRG expression affect the prognosis of LUAD patients.
