批处理！功能富集分析、基因ID转换、查找同源基因、SNP注释一站

看文献的时候，发现了g:Profiler这个宝藏工具，测试了一下，使用起来超级方便、好用，一定要分享给大家~

下面具体讲一下该网站的功能。

1、GO 功能富集分析

功能富集分析包括：Gene ontology, biological pathways, regulatory motifs in DNA, protein databases, human phenotype ontology

进入网址：https://biit.cs.ut.ee/gprofiler/gost

在方框中输入Ensembl ID，随后点击Run query即可。

2、基因ID转换

该网站的基因ID转换包括：

1）60个物种基因ID的转换；

2）Ensembl, Refseq, Illumina, Entrezgene and Uniprot identifiers等不同数据库来源基因ID的转换；

3）基因，蛋白质，芯片探针等ID转换；

该网站支持190种物种的同源基因查找。
