Today, when I was trying to arrange my Evernote app, the following notes on Leadership jumped out. I forgot where this piece of the message had come from. This is really a good summary on leadership, so I share it here.

The 10 Rules of leadership include:
- taking responsibility;
- solving problems;
- keeping close contact with the masses;
- telling stories;
- learning from failure;
- reflection;
- knowing oneself;
- becoming oneself.
Leader
These actions require us to change our nature, so we have to go through a process of making iron into steel.
The requirements of leaders are bold to take risks and are not afraid of failure. They are calm and even happy after failure, which requires us to achieve through cultivation.
