我梦见我们相遇在西班牙的大草原
然而我们并不在西班牙
而且我们并不在罗马
我们远在那天边
朝向另一片区域
隔开我们的是半敞的围栏
你有一辆敞篷车
红白相间

你开始说西班牙语
说起你进入
未知的旅程
我发现我不懂你
也发现了自己更愿意
你会远离
然后我看到一头白的郊狼
就守在在那边
我拽住你的袖子
我们一起瞅着它
狼看到我们，并没有逃离
它抬起白色的头
它朝天上歌唱
于是我懂了你

But we were not in Spain
And we were not in Rome
We were far afield
Opening onto yet another field
Separated by a half hearted fence
You had a red and white car
A convertible

You lapsed into Spanish
And spoke of your ride
Into the unknown
I felt I did not know you
And found myself wishing
You would depart
Then I saw a white coyote
Just there beyond
I grabbed your sleeve
And we watched it together
It did not bolt when it saw us
It lifted its white head
And it sang to the sky
And I knew you
